IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") carefully before using the pc777 platform operated by pc777 ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our website, mobile applications, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Service.

1. Definitions

• "Account" means the user account you create to access and use the Service.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.2 Account Creation

When registering an Account, you agree to:

pc777 is required by law and our licensing agreements to verify the identity of all Members. You agree to provide the following documents upon request:

• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or rental agreement dated within the last 3 months)
• Selfie photograph holding your identification document
• Bank account verification documents
• Source of funds documentation if requested

Failure to provide requested documents within 14 days may result in Account suspension or termination. We reserve the right to suspend withdrawals until verification is completed.

3. Deposits and Payments

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

3.2 Deposit Processing

• All deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• You must deposit from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• pc777 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Deposits are non-refundable except in cases of technical errors or duplicate transactions.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Any currency conversions are subject to prevailing exchange rates at the time of transaction.

4. Withdrawals

4.1 Withdrawal Requests

To request a withdrawal, you must:

• Have completed full identity verification (KYC) process
• Withdraw to a bank account or payment method registered in your own name
• Meet minimum withdrawal amount of Rp 100,000
• Have satisfied all Wagering Requirements on active bonuses
• Have no pending investigations or disputes on your Account

4.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

• Standard Members: Average processing time of 90 seconds to 6 hours
• VIP Members: Priority processing, typically under 90 seconds
• First-time withdrawals may take up to 24 hours due to additional security checks
• Withdrawals requested on Indonesian public holidays may experience delays

4.3 Withdrawal Verification

pc777 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals, particularly for:

• First-time withdrawal requests
• Withdrawals exceeding Rp 50,000,000
• Suspicious account activity or pattern of play
• Changes to registered payment methods

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly displayed at the time of offer. General bonus terms include:

• Only one active bonus allowed per Account at any time
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until Wagering Requirements are met

5.2 Bonus Abuse

The following activities constitute bonus abuse and may result in forfeiture of bonuses and/or Account termination:

• Creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly
• Collusion with other Members to meet Wagering Requirements
• Using betting strategies designed solely to release bonus funds (e.g., hedge betting, low-risk betting)
• Depositing solely to claim bonuses without genuine intent to play

5.3 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, standard Wagering Requirements are 30x the bonus amount. For example, if you receive a Rp 1,000,000 bonus, you must wager Rp 30,000,000 before withdrawing. Wagering Requirements must be met within the validity period (typically 30 days from bonus activation).

6. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits

7. Game Rules and Fair Play

7.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Match-Fixing: Betting on events where you have inside information or ability to influence the outcome
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to transfer funds for illegal purposes

7.3 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, all affected bets and payouts are void. We will investigate all reported malfunctions and restore your Account balance to its state before the malfunction occurred.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, pc777 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions, server downtime, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain password security
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions
• Changes in laws or regulations that affect our ability to provide the Service

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount of deposits you made in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Account Termination and Suspension

9.1 Termination by pc777

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms
• You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• You fail to complete identity verification within the required timeframe
• We suspect money laundering or other financial crimes
• You create multiple Accounts
• You are found to be under 21 years of age
• Compliance with applicable laws or regulatory requirements necessitates termination

Upon termination, any remaining balance (excluding forfeited bonuses and winnings obtained through violation of Terms) will be returned to you after deduction of applicable fees.

9.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds. Accounts with zero balance for 12 consecutive months may be automatically closed.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game designs, and trademarks, is the property of pc777 or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
